Sources, with dates
Every clinical figure on this site traces to one of the 12 references below. Each row gives the publication date, what the source is used for, and the month the page was last checked against it.
What this list is for
SehatCheck publishes published arithmetic, not advice. The point of this page is that you can check every number against its primary source without asking us to be trusted. Where two sources disagree — and on Indian BMI cutoffs they do — both are listed and the disagreement is named on the page that uses them.

The reference list
Publication date and last-checked date are separate columns on purpose. A 2004 paper does not become a 2026 paper because a page was reviewed this month.

How — and how far — these are reviewed
Once a quarter, each figure on this site is re-derived from the source above and the "last checked" month is updated. That is a clerical review: the arithmetic is verified against the primary text, and any drift is corrected in favour of the source.
It is नहीं a clinical review. No doctor, dietitian or exercise physiologist has reviewed SehatCheck, and this site does not claim one has. That is precisely why it publishes formulas and citations rather than recommendations — you are meant to be able to check it, not to take its word.
If a figure here disagrees with its primary source, the primary source wins and the page is corrected. Send the URL.
Where the sources disagree
Three separate band sets are in circulation for the same measurement. The WHO international classification puts overweight at 25. The 2004 WHO expert consultation identified 23 as an action point for Asian populations while explicitly retaining 25 internationally. The 2009 Indian consensus statement went further and proposed obesity at 25 for Indians living in India.
This site uses 23 and 27.5, shows the international 25 and 30 next to it on every result, and names the stricter Indian figure in the method. Hiding any of the three would make the page tidier and less true.

The people behind these sites
Follow the build
This site and nine others like it are built and photographed by two people: Amit Sharma — behind the build; Geeta Patel — the poses, demonstrated. New work goes up on Instagram and Facebook before it reaches a page here.
Following changes nothing here — every page stays open, with no account and no wall.
